Processing plant
Our Gunma plant which is the stronghold for plate processing, is the country’s biggest in terms of scale and facilities; thus, it is possible to coat parts of various size and shape, ranging from small sized parts used for mass production for example in auto or electric apparatus, to larger sized rolls used in plants.
From ecological aspect, our plant is fully equipped with large-scale waste water treatment plant, exhaust facilities and the latest environmental facilities such as nickel recycle technology (ReVEX®) and plating solution long-life technology (CirVEX®). In addition, we are working on subsequent applications of the new generation plating such as environmentally sound lead-free plating, etc..
Manufacturing plant
The Chiba and Yokkaichi plants produce various types of electroless plating solutions and treatments(SUMER®). All plating processes are carried out under strict quality control based on ISO9001.
We dispatch the orders in various shipping forms, for example using cubitainers of 20 liters up to containers of 1000 liters, to meet the needs of clients.
Additionally we provide the same support system offered in Japan for international customers through Kanigen Thailand (Bangkok) and Kanigen Shanghai (Shanghai).
